We had a lovely romantic getaway at this hotel. The serene surroundings provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for a romantic escape. The hotel's location near the race course added a touch of elegance and charm to our stay. We also enjoyed the open-air restaurant, which offered a great ambiance and delicious food. the presence of a swimming pool and sauna in the basement provided us with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience during our stay.
We did experience some drawbacks during our stay. The rooms were quite small and could benefit from a renovation, as they seemed outdated.

The hotel was clean and the location was very good.
The room smelt off sigerette, which was very unpleasant, especially if you ar not a smoker. Also the water in the indoor pool was not heated, so we could not use it, plus the sauna and the steaming room did not function properly or at all, especially the first day that we arrived. The breakfast was poor, we had too look for the staff to get some cups for coffee, bowls and spoons for fruit, and the gofrettes were expired!!!

The breakfast is served in the restaurant, and the Ludenberg neighborhood is worth exploring.

We loved the location surrounded by forest yet a short trip to the charming old city centre of dusseldorf. The hotel biergarten is fantastic - the trees, beer and food really good - such a relaxing place. The hotel indoor pool and wellness area is a restful haven

The location of the hotel is surrounded by beautiful forest, perfect for those who love nature. there is a nice Spanish restaurant directly opposite the hotel, offering a convenient dining option. the staff, when found, are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provides a good variety of choices.
There were instances of poor service, such as no one coming to assist in the restaurant and bar.

Stuff is friendly, very good kitchen, sauna/jacuzzi/swimming pool are existing. Close to park so- the air is smell very tasty :)
Sauna doesn't work properly - sometimes its off and no heat. Swimming pool is not very big. The way to sauna complex is not very convenient, Room for single use was enough for me but small and decorated very simply

Location (close to the airport, but very quiet, in the forest). 3 of our 4 stays were great.
It was our 4th stay in this hotel. Aind we've been extremely dissapointed by the party in the hotel - we couldn't use the swimming pool as planned (the party was there), it was extremely noise in lobby (not so important but still) and it was extremely noisy in the room at night (as personnel made cleaning and also it was some noise of generator which we never heard before in this hotel and in this room). When we came for breakfast 1 hour after the start of breakfast, half of the dishes was apsent.

Spent Easter in a hotel surrounded by beautiful parkland and it was amazing! the hotel had a serene location that was perfect for peace and relaxation. the breakfast offered was really good and the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was very clean and comfortable, with lovely views from the balcony. the hotel amenities included a sauna and a pool which were great ways to unwind during the trip. And the best part - the low prices meant excellent value for money.
The hotel was located a fair distance from the city center, so it was a bit inconvenient for exploring. there wasn't much to do around the hotel area, so you may have to travel for entertainment.

Hotel situated in very pleasant woodland area - with local restaurant opposite. Relatively quiet location - no disturbances from outside / local traffic. With the good weather conditions during our stay we were able to have breakfast on the patio and the hotel staff were very attentive to customer needs. Check-in and check-out completed with usual German efficiency - very good.
The weather was particularly good and hot while we stayed at the hotel - the lack of air conditioning in the room meant warm sleeping conditions, but did not spoil our stay - able to open windows without any disturbances from outside noise.

We know Hotel Rolandsburg from earlier visits and like the location a lot.
The hotel has seen better days... We were very disappointed by the fact that the swimming pool was closed and we hadn`t been informed. Also, facilites weren`t in very good repair

Clean and tidy hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. Quiet location on the outskirts of Dusseldorf.
Rooms were a little small and basic.
